Kathy is a native of Western New York and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Buffalo State College, New York in Business. She has extensive experience in human resources and training in both profit and non-profit organizations and currently works for the RPO division of Aon Hewitt.
Kathy has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Dallas Human Resource Management Association and the Dallas Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development. She has been a volunteer for United Way, Heart and Soul, Inc. and Toys for Tots.
Kathy has been a volunteer with Hearts Across Romania since 2006 and has been on several work team trips to Romania.
