Florin
Florin was born on April 27, 1989. This 22-year-old boy has been living in the UPSV transitional center since April of 2009. After his parents divorced, they moved to different villages, leaving Florin alone in the city. Florin speaks English, and he is currently in his second year of high school studying to be a Technical Electrician. He wants to study Architecture or Law at the University, which will cost approximately $1,000/year. Florin dreams of establishing a family and living a “normal” life.
