Enriching the Lives of Romanian Orphans

Can I Adopt a Romanian Orphan?

Status of Romanian Adoptions

Unfortunately the Romanian government stopped allowing adoptions by foreign nationals in 2001. Before that time, our founders helped a number of families adopt Romanian children.

We anticipate the adoption laws changing after Romania joins the European Union in 2007, though this is not certain.

Please check back with us, or ask to receive our newsletter to stay up-to-date on the status of Romanian adoption laws.
